Orders are shipped directly from our UK based warehouse. Items will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment is received. Sorry that we don’t provide local pick-up service.

Return the Child Locator

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your new child locator. However, you may feel that you need to return an item. You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date if it is in it's original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). In this instance, postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or defective Child Locator

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty a full refund/exchange will be issued including any additional postage costs incurred by the buyer.*

*Please note, we can only refund up to the minimum postage amount required to send your item(s) back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that items be returned to us using royal mails 2nd class service with proof of posting for insurance purposes. if you feel any item is faulty or defective you should return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date.
